"One night bed and breakfast stay. Excellent facilities including both indoor and outdoor pools with spa facilities. Very comfortable bed and well equipped room. The only slight criticism was the bathroom could do with a refurbishment. (Room 18). We choose to have an evening meal at the ferryman pub, just a short walk away but the cooked breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here again."

"A traditional farmhouse renovated to a high standard which retains lots of original features such as stone floors, low beams, leaded light windows and fireplaces. After some teething problems, that were addressed the next morning by Hannah, the house warmed up and we could relax and enjoy the facilities. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property, it was warm and comfortable, and has everything you might need. The hot tub is an added bonus, and our dogs enjoyed the small garden area. Convenient location - the main road on which the house is situated provides a short drive into Lymington in one direction, or into the New Forest in the other. Would stay again if we were in the area."
