" I recently spent three days at the Barut Lara Collection Hotel to see if it lived up to its stellar reputation. The verdict? Absolutely outstanding. Right from the get-go, it was clear that this place is truly top-tier — they’ve perfected every aspect of the guest experience. They put their guests first at every turn, and I couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. There were so many wonderful touches throughout my stay that I can’t even list them all. I also loved the overall vibe of the place — it’s calm and professional, yet still incredibly welcoming. Every staff member is not only fantastic at their job, but also genuinely respectful and kind. You can tell that making guests feel valued is truly at the heart of everything they do. By the end of my stay, I was beyond satisfied and even a little sad to leave. It’s the kind of experience that leaves you feeling relaxed, recharged, and genuinely appreciated. A huge thank you and a round of applause to the entire team — bravo! "

"The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed chatting with "hero" aka Mustafa.The food at the buffet was excellent with a lot of variety. Saladin was a very attentive server. We stayed during off-season so the outdoor pools were not open. The indoor pool was not very big so it was a bit crowded. "

"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days on a family trip. Our assistant was Esra, who was very kind and took good care of us. We were very impressed by her good service. The food at Rixos was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the kids had fun at the kids club. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. At Godiva Cafe, the serving staff was not very visible, so it was difficult to order and I did not feel friendly. I hope it could be improved a little."

"A huge resort in a unique "Old-Moscow Style" setting, but you have to like it which I really did. Friendly personal. Varied tasty food options and 2 serviced restaurants (Italian and Mexican). Good spa incl. nice useful hamam. Finally a nice opportunity communicating with fellow-vacationers mostly from Turkey, Iran and the Middle East. Very few Russian tourists, surprisingly "

"When we arrived, the already the smell of the Hotel was lovely. The Welcome was warm and friendly. The Room 2301 was fantastic: comfortable, specious and very clean. A lot of cupboards, full Mini bar, 2 balconies and a very comfortable bed. The Whirlpool was the highlight! And the shower had a great water pressure. The food was excellent and interesting, as it had a lot of local products. Everyday fresh with a huge selection of everything you could dream of! A special thanks to our waiter Samek. A very polite and thoughtful person. A further fairy was Emina, who cleaned our Suite every day with a warm heart. We had a fantastic and a very relaxing holiday and got really spoilt! Thank you! P.S. you should try out the Hairdresser!"
