"Arrival - Hotel sent a cab which was very small, so when they say sedan it is a small sedan. If you have more luggage opt for the big car. The driver was polite and helpful. Check-in- Very quick and easy. Nothing Special. Most of the Hotel staff knows Russian but very few speak English. The Bell boy was helpful to move luggage to room, but to reach the deluxe bldg was a bit complicated. There was no direct access from the reception. "Let me start by offering a major caveat. The first three days we were at the hotel, the hotel was cleaning up from having its compound flooded. It was not obvious how rare an event or happens frequently due to poor construction. Had the hotel done anything to admit that it was having difficulty or to try accommodate the great inconvenience caused by the number of services made unavailable due to the flooding, I would likely rate the resort higher.
