"Fantastic place for families with too much to do. staff were amazing especially the personal assistants - Seyma sirvan went above and beyond to ensure special food was made for my daughters who had allergies - which is a massive worry for us and now we have a safe place to come to where they don't feel left out. "We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days on a family trip. Our assistant was Esra, who was very kind and took good care of us. We were very impressed by her good service. The food at Rixos was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the kids had fun at the kids club. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. At Godiva Cafe, the serving staff was not very visible, so it was difficult to order and I did not feel friendly. I hope it could be improved a little."

"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in December. Our stay was pleasant enough. A big comfortable room. Strengths: Had a good massage at the spa Large green space for children to play. Equipment a bit old. Bar played good music and had a friendly staff member. Staff are friendly Weakness: Stairs and no lift so we had to carry suitcases up. Area nearby has some abandoned buildings Shower would be hot and then go back to cool, no in between You get what you pay for. "
