"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in December. Our stay was pleasant enough. A big comfortable room. Strengths: Had a good massage at the spa Large green space for children to play. Equipment a bit old. Bar played good music and had a friendly staff member. Staff are friendly Weakness: Stairs and no lift so we had to carry suitcases up. Area nearby has some abandoned buildings Shower would be hot and then go back to cool, no in between You get what you pay for. "

" Booked a room with double and single bed, only to find the double bed and they couldn’t provide a proper single bed only a fold out bed.. which was not what we paid for. Offered us room changes with worse views so wasn’t good enough. We just wanted the bed and would have been happy. Lovely hotel, but staff are not great at English and are either rather lazy or understaffed because getting a clean table at meal times was hard work, several times we never even got a drink throughout our meal...

"The way it was kid focused made it the best family vacation to-date. The Entertainment Crew were amazing, and relentlessly worked to include the guests every day, but let us just bake under the sun lazily if we wanted to. The spa center was high quality. I've been to at least 20 Turkish hamams, and this is by far the cleanest, most aesthetically charming bath house I've been to. For a massage, ask for Dehwi, simply the best."

"I had enjoyed overall especially on the food and beverages. Two suggestions :- 1) Based on request only, water bottle and towels has been refilled and replaced. Its better to do by themselves. 2) Being a Tourist spot, it would be helpful - if reception people can talk in English."

"Great for a family holiday "

"Lovely property, spacious, clean and comfortable room. The drive from Antalya airport was super easy and around 45 mins. The only things that really let the property down are the fact that all outdoor amenities were closed. Don’t recall reading this on website. Also, the food is seriously lacking in quality and variety. Seems like same foods represented for breakfast, lunch and supper. Not very appetising choices either. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Oh, and if you have an aversion...

"The good thing about the property is food it have different options for food and the bad thing is it doesn’t have the music like disco , nor any other entertainment programs which is quiet sad "

"It will have been 5 out of five, but if you keep the card in the room they take it and let you pay 10$ fee. That is not ethical at all"

"The decor was amazing. A little bit dark in the main community areas but still very unique. The different features on the bedroom doors was fascinating. Some of the bedroom interior could do with some refurbishment however always clean. Staff very friendly and evening entertainment although at the beginning of the season was very good."
