"My son and I really loved staying at the Noel Arms it was comfortable and met the right balance of cosy and smart. We liked the room and the bathroom. We particularly liked the pool and loungers. "

"Hotel is due a refurb we were told and it certainly needs it. On the outside fantastic looking building. Inside very grand but is unloved and unkept for a long time it seems. Very dirty, surface clean only, piles of dust by bed, windows large cobwebs, wallpaper looks as old as the house. Most staff very good."
