"Rental house is exactly as listed, very close to a public beach access and 10 minutes from Grayton Beach State Park. Perfect beach, family oriented, not crowded! Blue Mountain neighborhood was lovely and was a perfect location! House was very clean and communication was good!"

"The yards need some love but the stay was great. It’s clear to me that an individual owner does not stay here, must be corporate owned? I’d have it sparkling in no time and outfit the kitchen better and get rid of so much junk stuffed in to closets. The pool was great most of the time but I’ve come to learn that’s just a part of having a pool. The walk to the beach is perfect. The privacy is great! The beds are super comfy."

"We loved the stay here. The house was great. Make sure to reach out to the property management before you get there for the codes to bikes and golf cards. Wasted 2-3 days looking for a sheet or book with all of the codes. They were quick to send the waivers after we asked. The place has a great layout. My wife was worried about one of the bunks collapsing but it was fine. "

"Upon arrival, we were so overcome with the peacefulness of the home, we felt like whispering so as not to ruin it! Everything was as advertised. We felt safe and well taken care of if we had questions. The kitchen was wonderful and had many extras for us to use. The bathrooms were spotless and had amazing water pressure. Didn't hear a single complaint out of our group of 6!"
