PRIVATE HEATED POOL/GOLF CART/ICE MAKER/BEACH CHAIRS & UMBRELLAS/PARKING 6 CARS

Peaceful, luxurious setting a short drive from Seaside, Watercolor etc. We are a 7-10 min walk or a 2 min golf cart ride to a great beach access. Blue Mountain Creamery, a favorite for kids of all ages, is a short walk from our home. Hwy 30-A is a 17 mile county Hwy, that runs along the coast- w/ bike path the entire length. We have 3 king beds, 1 queen, a bunk w/full on bottom, twin on top, two folding cots + fold out twin bed ottoman. You can comfortable accommodate your family and friends. Huge wrap around porch w/ part of it screened; Swing, outdoor round table plus outdoor sofa & chairs makes this a perfect hang out spot after a day of playing in the gulf. 6 flat screen TV's (one in each bedroom/bunk area/screened porch and of course the living room) WiFi streaming service/UtubeTV/dvd player/collection of movies, most child friendly. Our new home sits on a half acre lot making it almost completely private...you can listen to the birds in the morning, and many times you can hear the waves. At night, you'll hear crickets, frogs & owls. Once you visit our little piece of paradise, you'll want to come back. Golf Cart, Chairs, umbrellas, 2 bikes, single seater kayak & paddle board, some life vests, corn hole set provided. You'll also enjoy a commercial ice machine that makes all the ice you'll need. We provide great vendors for renting additional Yolo boards, kayaks, bikes etc that will be delivered and picked up when you're finished.

This vacation property is beautiful! The owners provided everything we could need and some more. The location is ideal - 2min drive from the beach, under 10min to a grocery stores and restaurants. The check out process was fairly simple and easy as well. Would definitely return again.

We had a great time on our family vacation! The home was clean and the pool was a great addition to our vacation. Even though we had very bad weather, the home was a perfect vacation for our family. Communication with John was quick and easy, coming out to help fix a small issue with the bath tub drain. We would definitely come back again!

Winter 30A Getaway
This is a fantastic house in a convenient and peaceful location. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and other activities but is tucked away in a nice neighborhood with lots of privacy and quiet. The house is very comfortable and well furnished with everything you need. It has a great pool (heated) and lots of outdoor seating. Although it was only my wife, me and our dog on this trip, this house can easily accommodate larger family groups or several couples. The hosts were very helpful and hospitable, and we will definitely be returning for another stay!

This property is absolutely stunning! No detail has been left out. We were a 4 couple group of friends and the house was perfect. We enjoyed the short golf cart ride to the beach, the large pool, and the screened in porch daily. The kitchen is well equipped, all of our beach equipment was provided, and the neighborhood was quiet & safe. This is definitely one of the best VRBO homes we have ever rented.

We had such a lovely time! This place is exactly as described and so much more. The location was great and the golf cart was great to get to the beach and back. The house was very clean! We stayed in a couple of nights and cooked/grilled and had everything we needed. The heated pool was so warm and they had corn hole boards, floats, plenty of seating and outdoor speakers for the pool areaI. We had a blast! We can’t wait to go back next year! Sand On The Toes But Not In The Eyes
Absolutely divine! House was wonderfully prepared and accommodating for us. It was perfect for the adults as expected, but so great for our eighteen month granddaughter and our dog. Pool was perfectly heated and very warm when sun was out. No BUGS! Often left door to pool area open when grilling and that really allowed us to come/go so easily. Screened in porch with TV a super plus. Allowed us to spread out and not bother each other at times. Will look forward to staying here again.

We stayed with my kids (infant, 3 & 6) and my mom (who has a cane) and dog and this house couldn't have been more perfect--plenty of room and space everyone could access. We actually got to relax! Kids loved the pool and the included golf cart. We drove down to get ice cream every night. House felt private but close to everything. And the house had everything we could possibly need. And the speaker system was really fun! We've stayed at a few places along 30A and I think we finally found the one we want to come back to!

My husband and I, along with our daughter and son-in-law, twelve year old granddaughter and our grand dog stayed at this beautiful home!! It’s exactly as described, but even better in person. It is equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The golf cart was a huge plus! I can’t say enough about the pool area. The lighting for the pool was breathtaking! Add music from their indoor/outdoor system and you’ll think you’re at a tropical resort instead of a private home. John and Johanna were quick to respond to any questions we had. If you’re wanting a memorable vacation, this is your home!

Quiet, Relaxing, and Fun!
We rented for a 60th birthday get-a-way and had an amazing time! The house was very clean, nicely updated, and bedrooms were very comfortable. The pool and back patio were so nice, and was quiet and very private. Perfect for an afternoon of games, swimming, and listening to music on a great speaker system. The screen porch we used every morning for coffee, breakfast, and putting a puzzle together. Very short cart ride down to the beach, which was a little crowded but so worth it! We also enjoyed having drinks, and listening to the live music at the nearby Red Fish Taco! Hwy 30a is a wonderful stretch, with so many shops and eatery. You’ll enjoy your stay!! Nick K

Incredible property!!
My wife and I, along with our dog, Boomer, THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay in this amazing home! It is exactly as the VRBO photos depict, if not better. We had a great time hanging out by the pool and grilling up some fresh Tripletail in the evenings!! John and Johnna, were the ultimate hosts and were very accessible! John was there in 15 minutes one morning early in the trip when we had an issue with the kitchen sink. The Blue Mountain Beach area has some VERY GOOD restaurants to choose from as well. If you want a break from seafood, the Italian Meatball Sub from Johnny McTighe's Irish Pub is tough to beat! An added bonus to the home was that it came with its own golf cart! We are already planning to book this home again in the near future! John D.

Absolutely Perfect!
We just got home from our spring break and miss the house already! It’s as one of the best vacations yet. My husband, our two tween kids, and my in-laws enjoyed everything the house had to offer. The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and spacious. They thought of everything that you might need! Plenty of towels, fully loaded kitchen, wet bar with an ice machine in the garage, TVs in every room, comfortable beds, beach gear, etc. We lived on the screened in porch for movies, meals, games, and reading on the swing bed. The heated pool, fun garage, and golf cart were perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and super convenient for runs to the beach or for ice cream at BMB Creamery. Communication was wonderful too! Cannot wait to come back!
