The Village at Blue Mountain Beach is a gated community which features a large gated and secured community pool with covered cabana, a fitness center that overlooks the pool, a shuffleboard court and picnic/gazebo/grilling areas. Right outside of the gate is a fabulous coffee shop which is perfectly placed so that you can roll out of bed and take a stroll down the street for your morning coffee. An amazing Italian restaurant and an adorable Ice Shoppe are right around the corner. This home comes with a dedicated golf cart or electric vehicle parking space and charging area located behind the community gym which is a sold out feature for this community and not included in most rentals! Loved this property- wish we had had more time to stay! This was a terrific condo for my son and I to spend a couple of days relaxing at the beach. Close to multiple beach access points and a great little taco shop within walking distance where we enjoyed a meal and live music one evening. Would definitely book here again.

We have just spent a week at Dolphin's Corner and we can't say enough about the property. I am EXTREMELY picky about cleanliness, and I must say, this is the first time I have vacationed somewhere that I can honestly say was perfect! It was so clean it looked brand new. The bathroom is usually my point of concern, but these bathrooms were exceptional...juat so so clean!! Kitchen was well stocked..not that we used it much as there are too many wonderful restaurants in the area. The decor is lovely and very very comfortable . We especially enjoyed our morning coffees on the front porch. Location is in quieter part of 30A, but close to all the other beach villages. We just had a beautiful vacation. Thank you thank you thank you!! 😊

Property was fabulous. Clean, cute, soft beds, etc. But- of three nights in the condo we had about an hour of volumn on TV. Called first night, no response until next morning stating they would send someone out to fix with new remote. Came back in that evening and had sound but no new remote. Had to be corrected via the Roku app(?). Turned volumn down to answer phone call and never had it again. Called and sent text with no response. So, condo was great. Management not so great.

Not a great idea for a single mom with kids
Overall condo was beautiful…. Fully furnished and just as pictured. We will not be staying again however due to the unfortunate pool hours which close at sunset. That was not stated anywhere until we arrived at the home! The beach access…. NIGHTMARE!!!! Out of our seven day stay we only spent three days on beach due to the disaster of parking, getting ticketed, walking excessive distances, etc etc…. Not smart if it’s one adult and children. My biggest issue is the very poorly lit complex as well as the Main Street at night. It’s dangerous. Period. If you have very young children and want to walk, go elsewhere…. This is not a safe option!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The management company has a nice app that lets you keep track of everything you need for your rese. Clean, good location. Close to beach accesses, grocery store, restaurants. Would of liked a few more dish towels and some essentials but that’s not too big of a deal in this case.

Great Stay!!
Our family couldn’t have been happier with our choice to rent this condo. It’s super cute, beachy, warm, updated, and CLEAN. The beds/linens are so comfy and the towels are top notch fabric. The condos location is ideal- conveniently located to all things 30A but also tucked away, quiet and private. The pool was great- spacious and clean. Blue Mountain Beach is a quick 3-5 minute drive. We entered by Blue Mountain Creamery and it was an easy process without any parking issues. The communication with the company was excellent as well. We had a minor issue upon check in and it was handled immediately. My entire family agreed that we would stay here again should we return to Santa Rosa. Thank you again for a great week/stay!

It was our first time visiting 30A and we loved it. The location of the condo was perfect. We had plenty of room for our little family. The accommodations were great. We were able to cook in the kitchen and use tupperware to store and save for the next day. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were nice. The pool was right across the street and lots of fun! Overall great experience; would highly recommend!

This was our first time in the 30A area. We absolutely loved it! This property was stocked nicely including my favorite, a Tupperware drawer. Plenty of cups, pans, plates, etc. also had some chairs and umbrella for the beach. The decor was beautiful. I only book places at the beach in which the condo has beachy feel and this one did not disappoint. There was only a couple things that weren’t ideal. 1.) the community pool had some strange rules like no pool toys when other residents are present and 2.) we rented a 6 seater golf cart but it was too large to fit in the designated parking spot for golf carts so we had to park in regular and explain to the lady that walked around checking.

We enjoyed our stay at this spot. It was well stocked and a pretty good location. Beach access was a bit of a challenge, but doable. It was spring break, so we knew it would be crowded. We were overall pleased and would stay there again. Like another reviewer, I think the home needs a good deep clean. The carpet in the smaller bedroom was old, a little dirty and should be replaced. We loved the porch and management was very responsive. Great value for a week rental on 30A.

Hurricane Escape
Two weeks after Hurricane Ida, we still had no power and had just started to get running water. Needless to say, I was beyond exhausted and needed to escape what was going on all around our community (Houma, LA). It hit every level of stress at the same time (mental, physical, and emotional). Santa Rosa did not disappoint nor did the rental property. It was so nice. What made the trip even more pleasurable was how easy and accommodating our property manager (Chad) made it for us. He went above and beyond and because of that I am truly grateful! I would definitely stay there again!!
