"Good stay friendly staff! 6th floor wifi wasnt working but staff relocate my room without issues. The heaters are very noisy, difficult to have a quality sleep."

"Nice, spacious, convenient location, clean, excellent service. When the tv in our room wasn’t working, the desk receptionist, Rusty, came up to try and fix it and when that didn’t work, she promptly moved us to another identical room and made sure that the tv was working. We appreciate how quickly Rusty was able to rectify the situation. Well done!"

"The room was super nice and clean and offered many towels too!! I left my IPad there and two people that I spoke to about it were SO KIND!!! I’m so appreciative of their help—so grateful. My only suggestion is to heat the pool it was super cold and the metal steps to get in and out are crooked and feel unsafe. Thank you again for all your help!!!"
