When the tv in our room wasn’t working, the desk receptionist, Rusty, came up to try and fix it and when that didn’t work, she promptly moved us to another identical room and made sure that the tv was working. We appreciate how quickly Rusty was able to rectify the situation. Well done!"

My only suggestion is to heat the pool it was super cold and the metal steps to get in and out are crooked and feel unsafe. Thank you again for all your help!!!"
