Food and drinks are available 24/7, and the staff is incredibly friendly, ensuring a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. The only downside, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, is the presence of some homeless individuals across the street. While it’s a city issue, the area is a bit untidy, which made us feel a bit unsafe at times. However, they kept to themselves and didn’t cause any trouble."

"As someone who travels solo, the hotel was perfect for my needs. The staff were very helpful, and my room was kept in tip top shape for my entire stay. It was a short walk to the subway station and the grocery store and not far from the excellent Natural History Museum. The room was a little small and I had to squeeze between the foot of the bed and the television, but I would absolutely stay here again when next I’m in the area. "
