There are so many shops and restaurants nearby, about 12 minutes walk to the train station. 20 minutes bus or tram from airport to hotel which is so convenient. Me and my husband love it. I think the property is mainly a dormitory for students of nearby schools but the family apartment is quite spacious and well-equipped to pass a few days (maybe gets a bit limited for >1 week). "Got to hotel and sign saying closed.We weren't notified at all. Got moved to another Adagio apartment a fair way from where we had booked. Not tourist area. Average stay. Had a laundry but dryer needed about 4 goes to get dry. Better to go to laundromat. Beds uncomfortable. Could have been better stay "

"Just back from a working week on the outskirts of Nice and L'App-Art was a great base to work from. We used Uber, Bus and Trolleybus, not sure how easy on-street parking would be if you have a hire car (check with the team at the hotel who were very helpful). Joe"
