"It’s third time that we stayed in Nice Home Lido. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Two minutes walk to the beach. There are so many shops and restaurants nearby, about 12 minutes walk to the train station. 20 minutes bus or tram from airport to hotel which is so convenient. Me and my husband love it. We definitely will go back again. "

"Property is a really nice old style flat, with a recently renovated kitchen. Its on the 5th floor of a 6 story building which has a secure elevator to access. Flat was clean when we arrived. It had a wrap around balcony with chairs and table for eating outside. I collected keys from My flat Nice's office located a 10 minute walk from property. "A very basic but clean & air-conditioned apartment right in the heart of Cagnes-sur-Mer, close to shops, restaurants, and bus stations. Beautiful beachs on Cagnes-sur-Mer. Our flat was on the first floor, an elevator and parking is available. It has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, stove, sink, plates, and cutlery. "Just back from a working week on the outskirts of Nice and L'App-Art was a great base to work from. We used Uber, Bus and Trolleybus, not sure how easy on-street parking would be if you have a hire car (check with the team at the hotel who were very helpful). Joe"
