He said to me is the lift not working and then can’t you do it yourself! "The hotel was very ‘tired’ looking. Our room had condensation on a large window that wouldn’t go, it looked awful! Broken window in the bathroom. The bed!!!! On wheels with spindly little legs, every turn was accompanied with squeaks and springs going. The room had a ‘smoky’ smell, clearly it had been smoked in.
