"This house was the perfect size for our small family with 5 adults and 2 kids. There were 3 bedrooms (one with bunk beds) and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom had its own TV, which was convenient. The kids were able to enjoy the hot tub at least once because, unfortunately, the weather was too cold. But we were able to see deer come up almost to the house. Nice, relaxing place to stay for sure!"

"This was our first time to brier crest woods and I must say the community was clean and felt very safe with security always on patrol. We enjoyed all the activities the house had to offer. The dart board was our favorite but everything else was a close second. We were bummed that all three of the propane tanks were empty and left by the previous guest, so it was an inconvenience to get one filled. We had a great weekend and would be interested in renting this house again in the future. "

"Overall the stay was very comfortable and relaxing we had a lot of fun at the fire pit and hot tub. If you are looking for a place to get away from everyday stress, this is a good place to do it.I only have one very small recommendation for the owner. I would like to rent this place again in the winter season in the future and I am a person who really enjoys the smell of firewood. "The house was perfect for our family of six. We loved the fire pit outside and the morning visit from a deer family! We visited the recommended nearby grocery store (a few times) and they have a liquor store next door. Having the extra area downstairs was great also to watch a movie without disturbing the sleeping kids upstairs. We also utilized the downstairs entrance by the laundry room since it was the perfect spot to take off our muddy/snowy boots. "

"This property was just as pictured. With the weather I wish the property owners would’ve taken the 6” sheets of ice and snow off the walkway. We had to be so careful there was absolutely no where to safely walk the entire weekend. The check-in process was grueling and incredibly invasive of our privacy. I won’t be using avant- stay again."
