"Just a one night stop around christmas, location is very good. Nice new building so peace of mind that it'll be up to a good standard. Room was great. Requests met for a childs cot. They even made the sofa bed into a bed with extra duvets just in case which was a nice touch. Noise is very minimal. There was work going on by the tram station outside. Didnt hear a thing. Will stop there again"

"We had an excellent stay at the Doric. Great value for money .. Room was clean. Some parts of the hotel are a bit dated but it was clean and thats the main thing. Bar area is lovely. Entertainment was fab for all ages would highly recommend for a family night away . "

"The hofel is beautiful. Situated on the sea front with some awesome views. The room was absolutely spotless and lovely and warm. The complimentary wine was a very nice touch. The only downside for me, personally, was the mattress was very hard and unforgiving but if you like a firm bed you'll love these. All in all a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay again. "
