The hotel did not have a proper lock and it is November, it is very dangerous for people to stay without a safe place, and it is very cold as well.

I booked this as a treat for my 7 yr grandson to see the blackpool lights, the issue i had was there was no hot water, so we was unable to use the shower, and had to boil the kettle to wash.... my grandson didnt like that he couldnt see out the window, as it was like frosted glass.....

Great location, 3 min to the coast and 15 to Pleasure Beach. Adam was very welcoming and friendly. Car park was convenient. The room was clean and very well kept. Had a great few days!

The staff where lovely very helpful, the hotel itself needs doing up a little also not enough plug sockets in the room, had no plug for the sink. I am not complaining as is was ok for my weekend stay and worth the money. Just needed tidying up in areas.

Lovely hotel, very reasonably priced and the host was very warm, friendly and welcoming. We were also provided with extra towels and pillows for our stay. I would definitely recommend 5/5!.
