Pool area was not very tidy, towels left everywhere as not clear message where to leave them. No conditioner available in gym/pool area, own goal. Breakfast selection was excellent and the service was attentive, yet relaxed and friendly. Surprisingly tranquil setting given the proximity to major roads. Location is therefore very easy to drive to. Plentiful parking. "
