Although the location is great the rooms are outdated, specially for the price and the fact it’s a 5 star hotel. 1 little bottle of shampoo and bodywash for 2 people and they were not replaced the 2nd day? 2weeks in the netherlands this was the most expensive one and the only one with no proper bodywash and shampoo provided, this is not to be expected in a 5 star hotel. I was told 2 years ago they were in progress of updating the rooms not no sign...

"I was only at the hotel for one night and arrived late. However the receptionist was friendly and said they would open the gym for me at 6am (instead of 7am) as I had to leave early. "We paid extra for a room on the terrace. Its was grubby, bedding smelt and badly needed airing and there were horrible stains on the side of bed and wall - some looked like dried blood - yuk! Our door opened immediately out onto a table - part of the restaurant. The restaurant is busy at lunch time and evening -and so noisy until midnight and beyond. Not want we thought we were buying! "
