He arranged bike rentals for us (and even fixed things twice when we had bike issues). "The place is kind of charming because it’s all made of bamboo. However, the view of our bungalow was on the sewer so we didnt spend much time on the balcony. Also, the shower drain was blocked. You know how fun that can be!! Other then that, bed is huge and comfy and staff is helpful."

"Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower. "The Serene family were just gorgeous. They spoke good English and would help you any way they could. The breakfast was great with lots of choice. My ONE piece of advice would be: if you have a bungalow next to the breakfast area , then ask to be moved somewhere quieter. "

"What an awesome stay. We had issues with our prior stay in Tam Coc, had to book last minute. Was greeted by the family. She checked us into our private rooms. Super nice and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and just a short walk to one of the main areas. The breakfast was included in the morning. It was decent. "We had a wonderful time at this homestay. Our hosts were fantastic and made us feel right at home. The meals were very good and there was so much food! "The family that owns this place is very nice and friendly. It was relaxing to stay there. Convenient and inexpensive motorbike (scooter) and bicycle rentals. Breakfast that was included in the price every morning was either tea or coffee, a smoothie, 2 eggs, a pancake, a baguette with butter and a small piece of cheese, and some fruit, which was a great way to start your day. 👍😊"

"The family that runs this hotel is wonderful. They truly made the experience. The hotel room was simple but comfortable. There were great public spaces to relax in."

"Staff is very friendly and very helpful. They gave me a great tour on a moto of the surrounding tourist sites, cooked me delicious breakfast every morning, and gave me some free wine every night. My room was clean, toilet and shower works great, and plenty of hot water. The surrounding city/village is beautiful. They assisted me in booking my next bus to Sapa village. "

"The family did a great job of making us feel welcome. The food they cooked for us was great. And the accommodations were nice. The beds are softer which is nice as a westerner not used to Vietnamese beds. Also all their pricing was very reasonable. "

"We spent two nights at the Fairy Mountain Retreat, it is such a nice place. The moment you enter they welcome you with a smile. It is so peaceful here, the location is perfect, all the sites are accessible via bicycles or scooters. Thuy and Hai are awesome. Thank you for your hospitality!!!"

beautiful nature resort with excellent servuce

"this place was absolutely beautiful and the service was impeccable. we were there for the soft opening so we felt lucky to sort of have the place to ourselves while they were still doing finishing touches. the property is gorgeous and it’s close to the little town where everything is. they have a free shuttle to the town or nice bicycles you can rent. the rooms were so nice and brand new! "

"We booked while in Sa Pa as it was good priced and looked nice. We left Sa Pa a night early, so i messaged the hotel on whatsapp to ask if we could have a room that night also. They gave us a room for the extra night at very short notice. We arrived at almost midnight, but the manager was ready and waiting for us. He ran out and collected our bags and took them to our room then showed us around. He was a very nice man, with good english skills. The next day we had a fresh local breakfast and they told us of the nice sights to see. While we were sight seeing they washed our laundry for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is in a lovely and quiet area close to nice restaurants and local attractions. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone "

"Wonderful property. Beautiful grounds. Beautiful room. Fabulous staff. A bit isolated, however. You’ll need to drive, or be driven, about 15 minutes into town if you want to walk around for shopping, food or drinks. Just head toward the Bich Dong Pagoda and you’ll find the town. "
