"I needed to change the check in date, I wrote to the hotel and they didn't answer, I contacted expedia and told them about the issue, they called the hotel, they said they would contact me but they never did. Basically they kept the money, as I had already paid online. The worst customer service ever. Take that into account, do not pay them in advance."

"Great stay, lovely family loved the upper balcony to relax after full packed days of hiking and visiting. Mom was very friendly and her laughter was contagious. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas.
