"We loved Nin Binh and the Emeralda was our favorite hotel… we took 2 tours that we booked directly through the hotel, and they were awesome! Our guide was Dung, for both days, and he was great. We also booked our transportation to Hanoi through the hotel and it was very nice! If you think you want a massage, book early! We only got 1 out of 3 attempts because we tried to book to late."

"This hotel had a beautiful courtyard and small pool although we didn’t get to use it during our stay. We stayed on the top floor and the room itself was lovely with high bamboo ceilings. I also appreciated that it had a large double vanity sink area. What was weird was no hand soap by the sinks so you had to walk in the shower and squeeze out body gel every time you wanted to wash your hands. Also, the guy at the front desk didn't seem very friendly and didn’t answer the phone when we tried...

"pretty hotel in peaceful area. not walkable to the main town and restaurants. but it is a nice area to go for a beautiful walk around the ricefields and limestone karsts. rooms are very pretty and comfortable. breakfast is delicious and with a great choice of offerings. we had dinner there also and that was very good and a great place to hang out and chat with friends. everything did close up around 9 pm and if you are arriving late stop in town to eat before you get there. i had a massage...

"Staff at this hotel are very nice and welcoming. Location is also perfect for exploring. Close to Tam Coc and surrounding attractions. Grounds of the hotel are beautiful and rooms are clean and very comfortable. Definitely felt like a luxury staying here and it’s very reasonably priced for the standard of hotel. So enjoyable we decided to extend our stay. "

"Beautiful property, literally in the heart of Tam Coc! The room and bed were so quiet and comfortable. Pool and outdoor area is gorgeous and so nice at the end of a long day exploring. The breakfast had so many delicious options. Renting their bikes was a highlight for us. Staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel was well worth the extra money (compared to others in the area), it really made our stay in Ninh Binh amazing!"

"Such a great stay ! It is in a quiet area in the country side, ten minutes walk from the center of Tam Coc. We can rent bike and motorbike for cheap The Room is clean, big and really Confy with a nice terrasse on a lovely garden Our host and his family was so caring and welcoming, we could not ask for more"

"We loved our stay. arrived at the welcome center and soon were on a short boat ride to the resort. Our room had a private hot tub, which staff filled with the hot spring. The salty hot spring was comfortable and great for the skin. Dinner and breakfast were great. The room was very nice, with a bathtub, shower, big TV, and a comfortable bed. We were sad we only had time for one night."

"The family did a great job of making us feel welcome. The food they cooked for us was great. And the accommodations were nice. The beds are softer which is nice as a westerner not used to Vietnamese beds. Also all their pricing was very reasonable. "

"This is a great location, quiet on a side street with a garden like setting. You are only a short walk from the center of Tam Coc and all the restaurants and shops. It’s a family run hotel. They include a simple breakfast, which was more than adequate. They have a nice pool too. Only thing that would be a nice addition would be safes/lock boxes in the room. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at ChezCao Rice Field Ecolodge! The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great selection of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The view of the rice fields was simply magical. Unfortunately, the cloudy and cold weather meant we couldn’t use the pool, but that didn’t take away from the experience. We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Ninh Binh!"
