"My stay at Holiday Inn Blackpool was amazing I was so impressed with the welcome I received from Ricky on reception. I had just completed an 8 hour journey to see my mum in hospital and he went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The room I was given was so lovely that I wished I could have stayed much longer. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was perfect and all the staff were helful and friendly. "claimed to be soundproof room. Was not I was woke up to a couple shouting and also speaking at half 4 in the morning couldn’t get back to sleep. Water stopped working in the morning couldn’t flush toilet or brush teeth or have a shower."
