"Fully recommend - we checked in at 3pm as we had a flight the next day at 6am. Staff were reallly lovely, nice service in the bar and restaurant, 1 min walk to the terminal. We stayed with a baby and the room was clean and spacious even with a baby cot in. It’s a little more expensive than the IBIS but fully worth it. Breakfast served from 4am."

"Booked early so got a good price. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, but plenty of hot drinks available on the 1st floor at no extra cost. Slept very well. Very convenient location for an early morning flight."

"This is my first choice hotel, when I am in Birmingham on business! It is modern, the rooms are spacious and clean, and at an affordable price! The staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you. The restaurant and food is excellent! I would definitely recommend!"
