"This home is simply perfect. Clean, cozy, and charming. Sumptuous beds and linens, the hot tub under the stars, and morning coffee on the porch. It was just what we needed. "Even though all travelers were given rooms all next to each other (instead of spreading everyone out) it was still very quiet. The offered breakfast was purportedly just granola bars and a banana which was very slightly disappointing, but we found an excellent restaurant nearby that made up for it. "

"The farm house is older but clean. It’s a nice setting, very peaceful. The property manager is very helpful and courteous. The farm location is convenient to the Shenandoah National Park."

"We came for a meteor shower, to find a cloudy sky. But the cozy home, clean air, and quiet made up for it in spades.I was honestly surprised when we checked in, the photos provided made the home seem much older than it is. Instead, we found a house that looked almost like it'd never been lived in. It was clean and well-kept. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything we used worked well.My only real complaint was that previous renters did not clean the kitchenware as well as they should have. Plates, utensils and pots had food residue on them. But it meant whoever washed the dishes in our case got to look out the window, small wins right?My spouse already wants to return. So perhaps we'll stay here in the future if the timing is right."

"Beautiful location, atop the mountains where one can sit, relax with a cup of delicious complimentary coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Speakeasy is fun although the menu can use a bit of updating to include healthier choices. Hotel is classic elegance, a miniature of the Viking Hotel in Newport (the way it used to be before they modernized it). "
