This wheelchair friendly cabin boasts beautiful mountain views, a hot tub, full kitchen, decks, private river access for river swimming, fishing, canoeing (Canoe rentals nearby), and walking paths.

Cute cabin with nice view!
Our family enjoyed our stay at this cabin. We were able to bring our dog and it was convenient to Luray and SNP. We enjoyed making a fire in the fire pit and gazing at all of the stars at night. It was also nice relaxing in the hot tub. The view from the deck was amazing. We hope to come back next year.

Wonderfully Quiet Stay
This long weekend get away with the dogs was just what was needed. We truly appreciated the view and the walk down to the river. We will definitely book again, especially when it cools off!

We had an incredible time at this property! The views were incredible and it’s an easy drive to the park and great outdoors activities. Everything in the house was clean and they had everything we needed for a good weekend trip.

My husband and I really enjoyed our long weekend! The first night's sunset was spectacular and we really enjoyed relaxing by the river. The cabin was spacious and the beds comfortable. Our only issue was the condition of some of the cookware and kitchen items. Otherwise, we highly recommend this property.

Peaceful Stay in the Shenandoah Valley
Great getaway for my wife and young infant. Property was clean and we enjoyed the views of the mountains and river from the deck / windows. Hot tub was great on a chilly winter day! Would come back.

Relaxing Retreat
We had a relaxing stay and loved the location! Beautiful views and a short walk down the driveway to the river. The hot tub was perfect since we visited in February. The proximity to downtown Luray was so convenient, not to mention there we great dining options! We even walked the Hawksbill Greenway trail. Definitely recommend staying here - we hope to be back one Summer or Fall to see how the view changes!

Quiet, Comfy, Convenient
The Star View Cabin was very cozy, nestled far enough from the road to be quiet, but close enough to be convenient. The walk to the river is bucolic and just right, fishing and other river activities just steps away. The view from the deck/bedroom/fire pit is wonderful. You're VERY close to all that Luray has to offer - and just a tiny bit of a drive to either of the main entrances to Shenandoah National Park. The fire pit and hot tub are great, and the wifi was fast and consistent! All in all a great little place for a getaway.

It’s nothing you can’t like; you have a beautiful cabin, a great view, tones of space to feel free to relax, a hot tub ready for you after hiking….and silence, which nowadays is very hard to get. We will definitely come back.

Great weekend away
My husband and I stayed for a short weekend away from the city. This place is the perfect place to disconnect and surround yourself with nature and beautiful views. Only suggestion that I have for guests is to be sure you bring towels, cooking oil, extra paper towells, and coffee/tea of your choice. Otherwise, everything is provided!

Honeymoon getaway
The place was perfect for destressing. Easy access and house was very clean. Hottub was very nice in the evenings. Had everything i was looking for to get away for a few days with my wife and dog. Definitely will be looking at it for the future rental again. Nina was also very good at responding to questions i had.

Fourth of July Peace
My son and I had an amazing stay at the cabin. Even in 99° heat there was always a way to enjoy a cool breeze or the waters of the Shenandoah. The cabin was open and spacious and relaxing. The first night we were there we were beat and just wanted to spend some time on the couch, which was perfect because we could still enjoy the fireworks from the amazing view. Caverns are close lots of great little breweries if you want to get out a bit. Nina was a wonderful host and provided most everything you would need for weekend getaway. Made for a very easy trip.

This is our 6th time staying at star view, its been a part of our family since 2015. We absolutely love the breathtaking views, the large property to explore, the cozy cabin, and proximity to Skyline Drive, Luray and other places to explore. This trip was our best! This place holds a special place in our hearts!
