You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

The Great Escape - Near everything yet off the beaten path

Located in the Shenandoah Valley our cabin is located on a quiet street on a 1/2 acre lot. The backyard is fenced for big and small dogs. On the back porch is a nice gas grill. A few steps down is a hot tub. The hot tub is nice especially when returning home from a day of hiking in the Shenandoah National Park which is only 20 minutes away. Inside the home are two bedrooms, each with a king size bed. We furnish wireless internet and satellite TV. I will email you a list of activities that are all close to our cabin. There is something for everyone at The Great Escape.

Truly a Great Escape!
We stayed for two nights and loved it! Beautiful, spacious CLEAN cabin! We loved the location near enough to Luray and New Market but in a quiet area! Also took a short hike right down the street from George Washington Forest! Everything was top@- notch!

This is a beautiful piece of property inside and out in a quiet neighborhood. The feel is rustic but the amenities are modern with wifi and cable.

Beautiful home has everything you need and more. Our dogs loved the spacious back yard. George Washington Forest is very close. Perfect area to hike and take in all the beauty this location has to offer.

Delightful Cabin
Location was great for visiting the area of Shenandoah. The cabin was comfortable, well stocked and relaxing. A comforting home atmosphere added to our enjoyment as it was obvious that Don and Lina had put in a lot of effort to make you feel welcomed. We would definitely stay again.

my daughter and i and her dog had a very relaxing stay at the great escape. The house was spotless, the beds very comfy and the kitchen well equipped. The fenced in backyard was great for our pup since he tends to run away. All in all a delightful stay.

Hiking home base
We loved this cozy house. Super clean and had everything we needed. The pictures don’t do it justice. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog and they had a doggie basket will all our pets needs. We hiked daily at the NationalPark. Would stay here again!
