"Our room was #3, has a narrow long balcony. We can observe the Matterhorn from here. We had 2 sunny days, and we took a lot of photos and videos of the Matterhorn sunrise. The E- bus stop is very close so we do not need to drag our luggage for 8-10 min between station. The staffs are nice and friendly, who help us to check in, keep our luggage and served early breakfast on our check out morning. I see suggest the hotel shouldn't use the term " reception" because there is no reception exist, making many guest confused on arrival. Other than that, I love the place and we enjoyed 2 nights here. Highly recommended."

"Our stay was awesome! The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the train station, bus stop, and shopping center, making it incredibly convenient. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special—they even offered complimentary tee time in the afternoon. On our last day, as we traveled to Milan on an early train, they thoughtfully packed us a lunch to take with us. Truly outstanding service and hospitality!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Schloss. The view from our balcony was stunning, it’s about a 2 minute walk from the train station and many stores/restaurants near by. Staff was very welcoming and professional. The hotel has great amenities and very clean. "
