"The garage is great especially on a snowy winter day. but the check in process was a big issue. We came around 7pm, which is within the timeline specified on Expedia. however, no one was there.. we tried to call and message, no response for 30mins. It was a snowy day and its dark and we haven't eaten. So we went to the only restaurant open in town to grab a bite while contacting Expedia for a solution. Expedia finally get in touch with the owner, however, we were demanded to go back to check...

"First i would like to thank Barbara and her husband for their hospitality, amazing people and very helpful. The property was phenomenal, indeed one of the nicest and newest in Cirvinia. Super new and always clean. The location is fantastic, 3 mins walk to the ski Lift. I highly recommend the place 👌"

"We had such a gorgeous time there and it seemed like such a warm family run place. Trying to be objective, the stairs in our apartment was treacherous and the shower was literally the smallest I’ve ever been in. But it was lovely, it’s hard to explain! I felt I could ask the team for anything and they would try to help. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. "

"Monolocale pulito e adeguato per un soggiorno di una settimana per due persone , vicino ad un supermercato ben fornito e ad un ristorante-pizzeria-gelateria ( facente parte dello stesso gruppo) con personale molto gentile ed efficiente e in cui si possono gustare ottime pizze e gelati , per non parlare delle buonissime torte preparate dallo chef ! "This property is perfectly placed for skiers… beside a ski rental shop and bus stop. The apartment met our needs with a fridge/microwave/cook top plus a balcony. We had twin beds with puffy pillows and duvets. Staff were helpful and kind. Check in is at a different location (Alpen Spa resort), staff there were pleasant and kind, provided us with a glass of Preseco on arrival. The Spa at this resort is phenomenal… well worth 20 Swiss Francs for a day pass. "

"This is an outstanding hotel with nice accomodations, friendly staff, and excellent location at a great value. The pool and spa are nice, and the breakfast buffet is a great start to the day. It is conveniently located to the bus transportation to all of the slopes, and is an easy walk from the train station. The room itself was very clean and modern. Our family was truly delighted with our stay. If you are considering, don't hesitate!"

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

Great!!

"We really liked this hotel. It was very convenient for getting to the town ski shuttle, and it was also easy to walk to the main places in town. The staff was extremely friendly, and tried to be helpful in any possible way they could. Several times I asked questions of the staff at the front desk, and they'd go out of their way to find the answers. We plan to stay here again."

"We had an amazing experience at the Schweizerhof Hotel.
