"First of all its a very old and traditional mansion but we had very bad and disgusting service. 1. Its says on site self parking but there is no parking spaces , you have to park on the side road by yourself, unsecure park also we had scratch on the car. 2. We get premium room with garden sight and kind bed but they merge 2 single bed and they dont even know why 2 single bed in room. We try to explain them its not normal . When I ask the cancel room shift manager said lets clean my room...
