"We traveled to Philly for my son’s 16th birthday. The house was absolutely perfect! Everyone had their own space and we were able to gather in the living room comfortably to watch movies. All activities were within a 15 minute drive and we always felt safe in the area. The rooftop view was beautiful and a great place to wind down at the end of the night, read quietly and watch the sunrise. "Tina and Drew’s home is beautiful! One story ranch. Three spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one with jetted tub and shower, the second one with a great stall shower. Shower head pressure was terrific. Beds are so comfortable. The decor is fabulous! Comfy sofa and chairs in living room. Stone TV wall with gas fireplace so great in winter! Beautiful dining area with overhead skylight. Round table and 4 chairs. Another breakfast nook off the kitchen And the kitchen!!! So modern and beautiful! ...

"This place is set up perfectly for a party/overnight with games, a pool table, tvs in each room, drinking glasses, and dimmable lights. Host was very communicative and friendly! The neighborhood was quiet, with a little street noise at night. Only drawback is it’s in an area of the city that isn’t super convenient to the main network of public transit, but there is parking on site which is hard to come by."
