"The hotel gave us an upgrade and lots of other goodies. The staff was excellent; very attentive, friendly and competent. The food in the restaurants was very good, as was the service and ambiance. No complaints. Great hotel, but the really spectacular part of the hotel is the beautifully tended gardens."

"Property very nice, however overall experience poor. Host was unaccommodating and difficult to reach. Advertised incorrectly. Booked because of hot tub which we could not use the first two nights we were there because she said the pool guy had to heat it up. The other couple used it earlier that day. Had no idea we would be sharing with another couple and that host lived there. The other couple also thought the same. They had to enter our room to get to their bedroom because no expectation was...
