"Stayed for 4 nights with my friend. The staff was so incredibly kind and accommodating. My only issue was with the down pillows that caused some neck problems for me but the front desk was able to provide firmer options that helped immensely. The bed itself was also comfortable. The location is also perfect. So close to Redchurch St but quiet in the room. "

"Great location near to the Elizabeth line and supermarket is the best thing about this apartment. It has potential to be a nice place but needs some work done on it.eg stains removed from shower, shower drain clogged (did this myself), old ratty stained rug replaced, new utensils, etc. New carpet and mattresses would also go down well.Owner is slow at responding, seems to have little interest in helping/communicating. When I booked the website indicated something like "voted 9.5 out of 10 with 50 reviews on other websites". I don't understand who'd give it that rating - maybe it's just me who finds stained and blocked showers to be a problem."
