"Nice rooms with desk and large seating area for working. Great facilities - tea , coffee (well that was instant but clipper one so nicer brand but tbh I just bought coffee every day). Nice you could watch free movies , and get TV channels from other countries like Italy. Helpful staff. Cleaned the room every day that we needed. Great location - my favourite area in London in Hackney near London fields and broadway market. Convenient bus route to take you into the centre. Only thing is the...

The Dictionary Hostel

7.0 out of 10, Good, (177)
"It’s situated right near a busy street and a night club so it’s very noisy. I stayed during a heat wave and was on the third floor and there weren’t even shades for all of the windows to keep the sun out, so at night time it was so hot and muggy. Just overall not a very nice place to stay. Didn’t find the staff overly friendly either. But it was the cheapest accommodation I could find with short notice for my time, so I guess you get what you pay for. Had some regret I didn’t splash out a bit...

London Apartments Shoreditch Two

7.4 out of 10, Good, (261)
"The host was nice and helpful. The flat was small, but it was all we needed. If you're visiting, you shouldn't spend much time in the flat anyway. The shower was smaller than anticipated, and at the time of rental, had a friendly shower curtain that stuck to you as you bathed. A different material would likely prevent this."

Travelodge London Bethnel Green

2.5 star property
7.4 out of 10, Good, (43)
"This location was not ideal. The rooms not air conditioned, room small no fridge, no phone, check in unacceptable for price gouging, entered room finally to find it had someone else’s belongings, the room Cleaner still had not come to refresh by 130 pm, soap dispensers both empty, small desk fan did not provide any comfort as heat on that side of building, the buffet breakfast inadequate, juice dispenser broken, tables not clean, unappetising as left out a long time. City View Hotel London

3.0 star property
5.2 out of 10, (171)
"Safe place to stay while we attended MusicalCon, 24hr desk was very useful as we live quite far from London, right next to Bethnal Green Tube station so it was incredibly convenient for us, also a 10 mins walk to Whitechapel station for the Elizabeth Line. Price was high for what it was - 1 room with a double, a single, and a small bathroom, but the transport links made it absolutely ideal for this visit. "
