The Dictionary Hostel

7.0 out of 10, Good, (177)
"It’s situated right near a busy street and a night club so it’s very noisy. I stayed during a heat wave and was on the third floor and there weren’t even shades for all of the windows to keep the sun out, so at night time it was so hot and muggy. Just overall not a very nice place to stay. Didn’t find the staff overly friendly either. But it was the cheapest accommodation I could find with short notice for my time, so I guess you get what you pay for. Had some regret I didn’t splash out a bit...

3.0 star property

"I enjoyed my stay at this property for almost a week. The close proximity to the train and variety of quick to eat food options helped keep my trip on budget. I enjoyed Vietnamese staples at 3 restaurants as well as the convenience of having a grocery store next door. I worked from the room for 2 days and found the internet to be reliable. The room was clean and comfortable and someone was always at the front desk. It took a bit to figure out how the in-room heating worked which would have been...

London Apartments Shoreditch Two

7.4 out of 10, Good, (261)
"The host was nice and helpful. The flat was small, but it was all we needed. If you're visiting, you shouldn't spend much time in the flat anyway. The shower was smaller than anticipated, and at the time of rental, had a friendly shower curtain that stuck to you as you bathed. A different material would likely prevent this."

Travelodge London Bethnel Green

2.5 star property
7.4 out of 10, Good, (43)
"This location was not ideal. The rooms not air conditioned, room small no fridge, no phone, check in unacceptable for price gouging, entered room finally to find it had someone else’s belongings, the room Cleaner still had not come to refresh by 130 pm, soap dispensers both empty, small desk fan did not provide any comfort as heat on that side of building, the buffet breakfast inadequate, juice dispenser broken, tables not clean, unappetising as left out a long time.
