"I got a room with breakfast included. Then, I received a bill of $100 at the breakfast table. They told me that the breakfast was included only for two people and we are a family of 4. Nowhere was it mentioned that the breakfast was only for two. When I ask for clarification at the front desk, they dismiss my complaints quickly and not in a professional way. I've been very disappointed about that after all."
