"Staff and cleaniness"

"Just returned from a 6 night stay at this Bethany Beach home. Firstly, the home itself and the gated community were beautiful. We always felt safe and comfortable. The house is as advertised. Nice balance of aesthetics and function. Close enough to downtown Bethany, the beach & food options but far enough away too. The only drawback was the proximity to Hwy 1 for noise. We unfortunately stayed during Bike Week in Ocean City without knowing and the constant stream of motorcycles was not pleasant....

"At first glance, everything appeared to be in decent order. The more we unpacked and established ourselves is when the dirt, dust and cobwebs appeared. The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual food left in the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. The shower curtain had mold, dirt and hair stuck to it - I just went ahead and bought a new one and replaced it. We were sent a "skip the check in"...

"Place has lots of bedrooms for large gathering. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and kitchen accessories. Description should mention there is only access between the levels outside. We didn't bother locking the doors as the sliding glass doors could not be locked. Place needs renovated but good for a large family. Place also provided kayaks which was great.."

"We stayed at the west Bethany property and we were so thankful for Caroline and Jeff. They saw that we needed a change of rental and it was last minute because of another canceled reservation- they called us and saved our thanksgiving. We had the best time. The house is perfect. Thank you! "

"The house is restfully colorful and commodious. We had lots of family for dinner with no space problems and plenty of seating. We enjoyed kayaking with our inflatable kayaks. We especially enjoyed drinking our coffee qwatching baby herons in their high nest"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this sweet little ocean front condo — the perfect get-away retreat to Bethany Beach. Accommodates two comfortably with a very well-equipped kitchen for dining in, and breezy covered porch complete with picnic table, chairs and plenty of space for entertaining. Everything is within walking distance since the Boardwalk is only steps from the condo's door, including Bethany's Town Square with plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping, but if you need to restock your...

"This house worked out very well for us for our family thanksgiving.. Nancie even decorated the enormous dining room table with Thanksgiving things! There was tons of room - the main family/living room had lots of couches and the huge table sat 12 people with chairs to spare. Plenty of room to spread out, with doors between kitchen, living and office/2nd living room space so people can enjoy whatever suits their mood. A bit cold to use the outdoor patio space, but lots of seating out there which...
