"Our vacation at the Sea Colony in Bethany Beach was very good. The oceanfront condo was very well appointed, the view from the balcony was great, and the owners were very helpful and attentive to our needs and gave us great ideas for local restaurants. Walking on the beach and on the boardwalk is always relaxing for us, and it was just steps from the condo. We would recommend this condo to all who want to enjoy Bethany Beach, and would definitely rent the same condo when we return to Bethany...

"Just returned from a 6 night stay at this Bethany Beach home. Firstly, the home itself and the gated community were beautiful. We always felt safe and comfortable. The house is as advertised. Nice balance of aesthetics and function. Close enough to downtown Bethany, the beach & food options but far enough away too. The only drawback was the proximity to Hwy 1 for noise. We unfortunately stayed during Bike Week in Ocean City without knowing and the constant stream of motorcycles was not pleasant....

"Perfect home for a weekend get away! Close to the beach, restaurants, and other fun places. We did not use the pool bc it is off-season, but it is right across the street which would be nice in the summer. Hoping to come back soon! "

"house is in a very quiet and convenient location. interior is a bit dated but very usable. had a small mix-up on check-in but the host was very responsive. kitchen stock was the usual VRBO mix of but adequate. a few more wine glasses would have been nice. overall a pleasant experience. "

"Beautiful home with minor inconveniences and issues. Furniture was just adequate. Screens on porch needed mended or replaced. Tv was plugged into a switched outlet which took us a while to figure out and on a narrow stand which led to some fear of it falling. Great things were that there is a trolley that will take you into town as well as parking passes if you choose to drive in. Quiet development"

"At first glance, everything appeared to be in decent order. The more we unpacked and established ourselves is when the dirt, dust and cobwebs appeared. The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual food left in the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. The shower curtain had mold, dirt and hair stuck to it - I just went ahead and bought a new one and replaced it. We were sent a "skip the check in"...
