"The house was clean with plenty of space and extras to make the week comfortable. Sea Colony was an excellent location with lots of great pools, easy access to the beach with the trams, great sport activities for our teen and college age kids. It was a quiet and scenic neighborhood with trees, landscaping, lakes and walking trails. Very close to the boardwalk, restaurants, mini golf and shops. We really enjoyed our vacation!"

"We had a great time. The place is nice and big for us staying with extended family. Was clean. Short walk to beach. You do have to cross the highway which wasn’t bad. The kids enjoyed the pool. Small, but was never crowded. Kitchen is fully stocked which was nice. Had a great vacation with family."
