"My two sisters and I stayed at Ivana's place because we are from out of town and planned a visit to Longwood Gardens. We were very comfortable during our stay. It's cozy and has all the amenities you need. We each had our own bedroom and the beds were comfortable and the rooms are decorated very nicely. The kitchen has all of the supplies you need.We were there when it was cold and rainy, but the backyard would have been a nice place to sit and have a glass of wine if it was during the warmer...

"We did not know the Superbowl parade would end up overlaping with our trip. Happy for the Eagles but since we are not football people it pretty much changed the whole trip. The host was not able to accommodate a cancellation so we went and made the best of it. "This rental was perfect for our annual get-together which included daily trips to Philadelphia. The large dining room table was perfect for evening board games and beds were comfortable. The driveway is a little tricky but manageable. We only encountered very minor older house issues - a broken cabinet door in the kitchen, refrigerator outlet breaker turned off once, and a bathroom sink faucet that turned back on if you turned it all the way to the left. "Perfect property for a large family who needs individual rooms. Property has all amenities and owner was responsive on checkin day. No emergencies occured requiring their attention. House is near a target and subway, both within 5 minutes. Couple blocks 15 minutr walk to Geno and Pat's, they were meh. But property was perfect."
