"Mid-December stay. Wonderful old building on a lovely quiet street. This was a beautiful, spacious, clean, quiet (bedrooms faced the inner courtyard), comfortable place to stay in Berlin, modern bathroom and kitchen, washer and dryer, towel rack warmer, comfy beds. A stone's throw from a tram and a nice walk to Warschauer Straße station and other points of interest in Berlin. Park and weekend farmers market right around the corner. "Very convenient with food, supermarket, and transportation easily accessible from the hotel. The staff were helpful and gave us guidance with using the local transit. Rooms were on the smaller side but adequate for the stay. Being in the same building as the train station, there are a lot of homeless people outside by the station. So just be vigilant when outside, but near the hotel and inside the hotel, it’s all good especially since you need your keys to enter at night. "
