My only criticism is that the room was quite small. Given that I was in Munich for a conference, this was acceptable as I did not spend any time in my room. But if I was in town for tourism or without a very busy schedule it would have felt constricting."

"Staff is friendly and the room is quite spacious for a single person. No work table but that’s not a negative point for me since I was there for a holiday! All in all, it was a pleasant experience and will consider to stay again in the future when in need of a place to stay in Munich. It’s in a very convenient place with regards to public transportation and dining options. "

"I tried to cancel my reservation within an hour of booking a non refundable room. Expedia advocated for reversing the charge, but had trouble connecting initially. Expedia claimed that OSt Park had agreed, but the system was down and to try again later. I tried, then learned Ost Park would not reverse the charge, a full week ahead of the date. Buy travel insurance. Can’t expect any exceptions here."
