"A true 4 star property. Stayed for 8 nights and was told my room would be only cleaned/serviced once, mid-week…however, it was never cleaned for the entire 8 nights. Towels were flimsy and this was made obvious compared to the rest of the finishes which reflected a true 4 star quality. Room had a kitchen with dish soap/sponges/dishes/pots/utensils/dish washer/etc. No paper towels were provided. Staff was friendly and I was able to secure an early checkin for an additional fee. "Room was a lot smaller than I thought it was. Can't even bend down in the shower to wash/shave your legs. Breakfast was above par and the gym basic but convenient. Staff was friendly and facilities were very clean. "

"Hotel was amazing. Room was a little hot for our liking as the air con only went to 19.5C but the room was practical and comfortable. We liked the separate toilet and the bathroom had a separate bath and shower which was handy for our disabled child. Bed was comfortable and so was the sofa bed too. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. For example, I asked for extra towels and straight away gave you towels. Definitely will stay at Novotel chain again. Location of the hotel was great...
