"The service was impeccable, from the moment we stepped in, our check in was pleasant, and reception staff went out of their way to show us to our room, and around the hotel, we even had a personal note from reception with complimentary vouchers to utilise in the bar, due to slight wait to get checked in. Hadrian on the concierge desk was exceptional and helped recommend and book a table at close by restaurant, and when we requested directions he kindly walked us to the restaurant and got us seated. Our luggage was delivered to our room seamlessly, by Erwin, polite and courteous throughout our stay Beautiful hotel and personal and professional service from all. We had twin room 114 with balcony, large room in comparison to others in Paris, Will definitely return again very soon. "

"This is a gem of a property closely situated next to the Louvre. The staff was excellent. Our room was large by Paris standards (25 square meters) and we were upgraded. Bathroom was large with double sink. Bed was comfortable. Two large windows overlooking the street. Breakfast was worth it. Mix of pastries, fresh coffees, fruit, local cheeses and meat and classics. Staff is very knowledgeable and provided good recommendations. Well worth a return visit! "
