"This is a tiny unpretentious hotel, very hard to get to, and with impossible parking. Rooms are tiny, and quite minimalist in appurtenances. No A/C or fans. Tiny staircases, with tiny elevator, which stops short of floor destinations, requiring a few steps carrying your luggage. Could do in a pinch for a very brief stay. "

The bar wasn’t open long enough however I understand that when there are not a lot of guests in the hotel, they need to adjust. "Wow! Loved this hotel. It is close to the train station to go just about anywhere. Stores, restaurants, the river. To me, i stayed on the 6th floor and very quiet, and comfortable. The staff was fabulous, except the young lady in the restaurant down stairs. "We thought the hotel was great! Conveniently located near the Gare de Lyon, we walked to Notre Dame and around the Marais. Just had one full day in the city, but 2 nights at the hotel. Excellent breakfast with eggs, sausage and great bread options. As well as youghurt and fruit juice. I am a bit of a shower snob, and I found the one in our room to be one of the best ever! Tiny, but great water pressure, and hot! "
