"The property is located in a nice locality that is the only highlight. Our bags arrived only after a follow up. The rooms are dated and we had to call the maintenance twice. The restaurants appeared to be staffed well, but lacked attention to the diners. Had to literally wave down for service. There was other issues related with inexperience or lack of attention at the front desk. "

"Was pleasantly surprised by the Taj...it's a very modern hotel attached to Bangalore airport. I was only staying one night ahead of a very early morning flight the following day. The lounge area and restaurants serve a good selection of food and drinks. Everything I ate was tastey, and well prepared. Service was OK, friendly and smiling, if a little slow and in-attentive at times, even at apparently off peak times in the restaurants. Didn't get to experience the breakfast however as checked out...

"The hotel was very nice, however, it's directly opposite some kind of club, and music boomed out until about 2am on both nights of my stay. I mentioned this to staff when I checked out, and they said if I'd mentioned it, they could have moved me to a different room. However, I think the booming bass could be heard for miles around, and once you have settled in to a room, it's a real hassle to pack up and move. I wouldn't stay here again. "
