"I checked into the room as it is closer to airport at about 9 pm. I checked out by 9.10 pm as the sheets were stained, pillows seemed dusty and I could see cockroaches in the room. This was a strict no no for me. At the reception they did state that they could help with room change but I was completely put off. Bathroom looked clean though"

"From outside the hotel looks very old but the new building on the rear is OK. Rooms are big, clean and decent. I had booked a AC room and also room information displayed free bottled water. However, i was allotted a non AC room during check in and as I had to rush for a meeting I did not not notice that it was a non AC room. Later in the evening when i came back for a brief time for changing over, I observed it was a non AC room and brought it to the notice of the reception. They agreed to...

"Impossible de trouver cet hôtel malgré tous les efforts du chauffeur de taxi. À savoir si vous arrivez tard à Bungalow alors oublie cet hôtel dans la réception ferme à minuit si vous arrivez comme moi par le vol de 1h du matin ils ne vous ouvriront pas. De plus ils ont refusé ma demande d'annulation j'ai dû payer une chambre que je n'ai pas utilisé. Pas correct "
