"I had many hiccups, i ll brief them one by one. Overall experience average Condition of resort not up to the mark Issues 1. Checkin took more than an hour due to their inexperience to find the booking itself (inexperienced staff) 2. Downgraded my room without my knowledge as they were not having superior room available. Rooms wasnt well prepared... only 2 towels, no hand towels, leaky water faucet made the whole bathroom wet.. no floor towels, broken clothes hanger behind toilet door. King bed was bent in the middle due to age.. Ive been a windflower patron for over 15 years, Overall not worth the money anymore unless they do a major overhaul. "
