"The rooms are huge, functional but nothing fancy. Balconies are a work in progress. The highlight is the "service"- the staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and special. "Overall stay was fine and reception & restaurant/buffet staff were really nice. But there are better choices in this range. There were few things that could be improved: - The room was quite noisy even on the 11th floor. We could hear lot of out side noise/traffic even with balcony windows closed. - The staff outside the hotel lobby to receive guests were quite choosy when it comes to open doors in and out of the lobby and opening car doors.
