"We had our dog with us. The room was excellent and clean, the bed was comfortable. Our stay was wonderful. However, upon exiting the elevator, I wished the floor had presented a warmer welcome and a more pleasant walk to our room. I understand that dogs frequent this area; I suggest replacing the unattractive carpets with dog-friendly floor tiles."

"The hotel is not that bad. The elevator is terrible, slow and the property is kind of like an apartment building. It’s clean, but it takes time to get around and the parking isn’t the greatest. Overall is not that bad and close to LAX which is convenient."

"We have stayed at this location numerous times. Not once have we stayed there when there was a proper amount of towels, wash cloths, and/or hand towels in the room upon arrival. This is my only complaint."

"The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms are more than big enough it was a joy for my family and my self to stay there and the princess made our daughters day above and beyond I would highly recommend staying here I know we will again soon "
